infinity ward, because they pretend to be the creators of cod when the majority of the senior staff left, and then say dumb things like "gamers don't like dedicated servers" also MW2 was the worst cod of the series because it was monotonous and unstable.
respawn because I thought they had some integrity and would have bought their first game to support them especially after project iceberg, but then they go get in bed with one of the worst companies in the industry
