Is it against the rules to post "reported" on the forums?

However, it is against the rules to counter-report someone because they reported you. That's our biggest rule on this site now. Such a user must be reported immediately. For some reason, if you counter-report someone because they counter-reported you because you reported them, then that's not against the rules.
But, an even bigger rule (Yes, even bigger than the biggest rule) is no forging private-messages with dates from the future, especially "26 April 2015". Any man who does this will be permabanned. No report necessary.
