Can you cite a specific person who first said one thing and is now saying the other? Or are you simply pointing out that gamers don't all think the same way, which hardly seems like it's based in emotion, or a particularly bad thing. |
No, I'm just saying that if you want to play Titanfall on a next gen console then buy an Xbox One and just be done with it. This IS all about games, right? To either belittle or repeatedly petition for (figuratively AND literally) a game because it's not coming to the console you've emotionally committed to is a waste of time. It's also a waste to pick apart comments like this looking for hope where there is none. Trust me, as a 360 early adopter last gen, I wanted MGS4 bad and did all of this stupid stuff and it made NO difference because the game was not coming (for reasons that were likely financially tied to Sony) no matter what we wanted.
Ultimately I agree wholeheartedly with Adam Sessler, who stated repeatedly that at this point it's too early to pre-order/commit to either one of these consoles. There's too much more that needs to come out before those decisions can be made non-emotionally (my cousin keeps flip flopping his pre-order). But if a console exclusively is going to host a game that you desperately want, then you should just get that console and be done with it. I bought an N64 ONLY to play OoT and to this day I do not regret it.
