Sony never will reach Nintendos legacy. Nintendo developed IPs everyone and his grandma knows. Super Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Pokemon, Animal Crossing. Sony is worlds apart from creating such IPs and brands. I doubt that it would be even possible to create nowadys again such a influential brand like Super Mario, so I think Sony has no chance to ever reach Nintendos legacy no matter what they do.
