He is absolutely right, the graphics of xbone and PS4 games will be anyways identical in 90% of the games. 90% of the games are multi platform games and from the other 10% exclusive games are only a few ones really top notch in addition the graphics leap from last geneartion to this gen. is anyways almost non-existent.
In the end this guy is absolutely right, no one cares about anyway invisibleb graphics differences, it depends way more on which console gets the better games and delivers the better total package so microsoft deliver awesome exclusive games and lower the xbox one price soon to ps4 level and the people will undoubtedly buy the console.
