Depends on the criteria. Short answer would be Nintendo but besides the great sales I think it was the most disappointing console in terms of 3rd party support and online.
Nintendo had most sales in hardware and software as well as profits.
Sony- Arguably the strongest catalog and much improved Network. has a chance to surpass Wii hardware sales.
Microsoft- Much better hardware sales compared to the previous gen and dominating in North America/UK.
My personal preference is Sony although I recognise that for now the Wii should be considered the winner.
