Did Sony make a mistake by bringing GT6, TLoU, GoW:A and Beyond to PS3, and not PS4 this year?

Don't care, gt6 should've been a launch ps4 title, not driveclub. I wouldn't have wanted to wait for tlou though, games already amazing enough, not sure what the ps4 would've done to improve a game of this caliber, gow would've made sense as a launch ps4 title as well, though a numbered entry would've made much more sense.
