And because of that it's going to turn off a very large portion of the PS3s demographic outside of enthusiasts that have been following the game on the web since it's inception. I don't see the average 18 year old COD4, or resistance fan seeing LBP and thinking "SWEET, I've been wanting an adorable looking 2d platformer that I can use to trade levels with my buddies!" I think it looks like an awesome game, but I just don't think it's going to be the phenomenon that people on the interwebs think it will be. |
