Cool I guess. The whining about ads was always way overblown imho. 90% of the ads I saw seemed to be for games or media available on the XBL service. aka, shit I might be interested in and something that is no different than any other online service. The rest might be for some stupid car or food product but it's a tiny square on my screen that I don't even have to toggle past. If it were interrupting ads like on Youtube or something, ok, bitch away and rightfully so.
But at least it gives people one less thing to complain about.
