Since the power of the Xbox One is all speculation no you have no idea what it will look like gameswise. And if you believe every single third party studio is going to spend extra time trying to squeeze a little more power out of the PS4 for their games you are delusional. I'm pretty sure these screenshots are from a high end PC, not a $650 low-middle PC. So if you think the PS4 being 33% more powerful than the Xbox One (supposedly) will make a big difference then you can expect the PC to be a massive difference since these screenshots are most likely from a PC running Titan level specs which is 200% more powerful than a PS4.
