If you would have told me when this gen started that my favorite game would be a old western set in the southwest and Mexico, I would have had a good laugh... After playing through Red Dead Redemption quite a few times, the story just absolutely blows me away (quite literally) every time... The music/score, the setting, the atmosphere, the side quests, the mini games, It is top notch in every regard. Now there is a few other games that are right along side RDR, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Heavy Rain, and right now I am 68% through The Last of Us... and I can say this.... A game has NEVER demanded so much of my time, attention, and emotion like The Last of Us has done thus far... Sorry for rambling... Just so many good games this gen... Many coming out in the last few years. I think so many huge games releasing so late in a console life cycle is what helped to extend this console gen so long and make so many people unsure about moving forward. The PS360/Wii really delivered some amazing games.
