I use cheese and butter but avoid all meat/fish/poultry. Honey I don't have an issue with. Eggs I pass on whenever possible, if they are in a baked good i have not made, oh well. I bake without them.

Vegetarian since the early 1990s.

Out of curiosity, why do you avoid eating eggs?

Partially it is because they are not a favourite food (I don't drink milk because I don't like it as well). But mostly because of the egg farming practices, I still buy them for my wife and daughter but I always get free range cruelty free eggs, often from a farmer with a small opperation. Factory farming stresses the chickens and produces a very poor product from a quality perpective, and salmonella rates are very high in factory eggs.
