Guy sounds like a fool. 

Sony published the actual console specs, something that Penello and his colleagues have yet to do... but they have published 5 billion transistors :) LOLZ

That's the funny part because they are as much guilty as trying to find the next "blast processor" to brag about yet this guy tries to go all Nintendo on us.
