Ryse honestly looked a tab boring. The main character seems boring and uninspired, his movements are pretty bulky and it seems like most of the combat may be tiresome more than anything. It just doesn't look like it may deliver the same sort of fun, fast gameplay that we've encountered with God of War or Devil May Cry.
Time will tell on this one. So far...it looks pretty...but it looks like spunkgurgleweewee too.
