You're joking right? Xbone was dead in the water. MS new it, they knew they were watching the death of their console ambitions. How strong were they going to be with those policies in tact when Goolge (and maybe apple) came along? They would have been irrelevant. At least now with XB One they will still be a relevant, though somewhat weakened compared to 360's position, when Golge and Apple get into the game.
