Also can't forget other stuff like; OS, keyboard, mouse, controller and optical drive. :)

7870xt beats the 7950. Look it up...

Eh, they cost about the same from Newegg ~ $260-270. 7950 has 1GB more VRAM, 384-bit bus vs 256, has a higher shader count and can be overclocked more. 7950 is probably the safer card to pick.
