Most memorable games you played on a Sony console

Not basing it on time spent on them but what games were the best to me:

PS1: Castlevania Symphony of the Night. Nothing else even comes close for me, but I also really enjoyed the first Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid and Street Fighter Alpha.

PS2: I may get stoned for this (not in the good way) but I didn't care too much for anything on the PS2. I mean, I loved RE4 but I associate that game with the Gamecube not the PS2, so I'd probably say the God of War games.

PS3: Definitely the original Bioshock, but again, I experienced its greatness over a year earlier on the 360, so when I think of PS3's best I think of Uncharted 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4. EDIT: Oh, and Bioshock Infinite, of course... duh!
