I think the value of Atlus and their titles are not reflected in the sales numbers. They have a good amlunt of fans that will follow them closely. If a single platform holder gets to own them they will also have that fanbase. However I don't think a platform holder will get them. Most likely some third party publisher will snatch them up or a non-gaming related entity.
They will compliment sony's need for a more expanded first party in Japan tho..but I doubt it will happen
