Yep but you would think they would make this immediate as soon as the new school year begins (School year begins in the US Aug/Sept).

But I am glad they are going towards this.....especially with how horrible Soda is ;x.

Yup. Imo children should never have been able to buy this stuff by theirselves before reaching a certain age (8-12 maybe). So fucking unhealthy....
