If the PS4 is going to be bundled with the Vita, it pretty much has to be a 3G version. That's at least $549, maybe $649. Remember, Sony's swallowing a launch loss on both consoles involved, so price reduction for combining is unlikely.

In an ideal world (meaning I say this knowing it will never happen) I'd like to see Sony make a console partnership with Nintendo and bundle the PS4 with the Wii U. Or at least update the firmware so people who buy both can take advantage of all the hardware involved.

Think about it: the Wii U gets access to the PS4's 500 GB hard drive, the PS4 gets access to the Wii U's gamepad like it's an optional accessory (like the PS eye) AND can treat the Wii U like a USB 2.0 hub, the combination will play 90%+ of this gen's games, and all you have to do is furnish gamers with a USB cable to connect the consoles and update the firmware.

While I'm dreaming, I'd like a pony....
