I liked a lot of games in multiple genres so I am not going to pick the best one. And I don't like ranking games so here is a few I thought were so of the the best:
Xenoblade chronicles
Last of us
Mass effect series (including 3)
Super mario galaxy
Super smash bros brawl
Just cause 2
I am forgetting a few but these are some of the best I played.
