Understanding why Xbox One doesn't need GDDR5 RAM

I don't get it. Skimming 3 random pages of the thread and I read a couple of posts and says it's twisting facts in favor of XB1. I read the first post of the thread and it just clarifies why having a GDDR5 on XB1 won't benefit the console at all.

I must be very unlucky....
