I wonder when that might be. Could see 4-6GB games by year's end, to be honest.

Easier for developers when that becomes the minimal spec. If you're thinking in terms of the PC box you're using today, regardless of specs, you're probably not forward thinking.

Somehow I doubt there will ever be a point where a developer says "no more RAM can be used from this point on! that's enough forever!"
