ideas for budget PC builds?

I've read that it's a bad idea to use PSUs that come packaged with cases because they're usually rubbish can can, in the worst case, screw over your entire rig. It'd be best to buy a cheaper case and a separate PSU from a trustworthy manufacturer like Rosewill or Corsair.
