You guys needs to do like I do.
Get vacation in January... go to some country with cheaper PS4 price and buy it... you don't have to pay addition taxes because the customhouse didn't get you and even so the value is below $500... so no taxes at all.
You make a good and happy travel and only paid $400 for your PS4.
Win win.
