you look at her face, then lower your head a little and pretend you're looking at the ground for about 1 second, then raise your head again naturally to look at her legs, this way you don't come off as glancing at her up and down.

as for me it depends on the position,

from front: face, legs, boobs

from behind: legs and ass as long as she is still ahead

from side: face and boobs, then walks behind for legs and ass
