Next gen i decided to go with a gaming PC (along with my WiiU). theres soo many places to start when making a pc but my main goal is to keep the price under 400$ USD and be able to run great games with at least graphical med setting.
One pc build that i came up with is as followed:
APU: Amd A10-5800k trinity 3.8 quad core with radeon HD 7660D (intergraded graphics)-130$
Motherboard: MSI FM2 Micro ATX AMD mobo-60$
Ram: 8gb of DDr3 ram-40$
Case and PSU: Rosewill mid tower case with psu-60$
HDD- Western Digital 500gb harddrive-60$
Monitor: use old one
mouse and key board: use old one
that all comes out to, 350$ without taxs!
