False again, because no 3rd party developer praised the Cell prior to the PS3's launch. This machine had their input, directly. A new day, new set of rules, new console. 

Not talking about 3rd parties.....but the PS fans using the Cell as a bragging point. And im sure devs praised the cell in 2006.
