I think the part Francis Drake will be the prologue of the game. To setup the tone of the story.

Also considering how U3 ended; I think the bad dudes might actually kidnapp Elena (that may or may not be pregnant); in order to force Drake to find whatever the hell they want.

Or... Francis Drake is to Nathan Drake as what Big Boss is to Solid Snake
 => Francis looks and sounds just like Nathan
