3. If MS owns the IP for Ryse, Gears, and DR3, I think they should be added too. Are we defining 1st party as 1st party published or 1st party developed or both? If the intent is to compare exclusives, it should be both as those games could never make it to the other consoles if either MS or Sony owns the IPs.

How can we tell who owns the IPs? Mass Effect was published by MS, but they didn't own the IP in the end.

We don't know. And nor does it matter. We are only looking at what the first parties are working on. NOt what MSFT and Sony has published. They publish a lot of stuff outside of 1st party games.
