I live in the middle of nowhere in Vermont where the only internet available is dial-up or Finowin. (40kbs MAX download speed).
And I have scanned foe wireless and to start with there is nobody within a 1/4 mile of my house in the first place. And they're old people that wouldn't know how to use a wireless router.
