Why would Microsoft do that unless Nintendo gave them something in return. Which isn't likely to happen. Besides as I said in my previous post if Microsoft did enter development for this title there is little doubt that what Nintendo wants or thinks matters very little. They would have no say in the question as in the way the guy who previously owned your car has no say into whom you sell it to after your done with it.
