As a former AMD user, I know what I experienced. So that will do little to move me on the issue. NVIDIA have gotten slack lately, yes, but still ahead of my AMD days (and this is on top of better performance with the latest graphics cards).

You cant really say that you used to have AMD cards in the past with more driver issues, while you're saying that the new Nvidia GPUs that are less than 2 months old are best. AMD drivers 12.XX and 13 made huge improvements in stability while maintaining their flexibility over Nvidia.
I always say that it depends on what you are doing when it comes to drivers...
Nvidia drivers have much less freedom than AMD drivers. For example, you can't put 3 monitors in Nvidia surround unless they have the exact same horizontal and vertical frequency range. With AMD, you can...
Nvidia locks everything down like 3D vision and Physix where AMD doesn't (like tressfx).
And don't talk to Linux users about Nvidia cause they will say "F...U"

I do like AMD's freedom with their cards, and I could look passed driver support, but the performance is the biggest seller of NVIDIA cards, for me.
As for Linux folks, well, some tend to have a slight "grouping" mentality. So I can't discuss many things, PC, with them

Yeah, I'll be switching to Nvidia soon as it fits my needs. While the single 7950 is great and it overclocks like crazy (can match the 680 overclocked on most games), crossfire and AMD are not ideal... I never understood microsuttering since i was a Nvidia user...I do understand it now.
I see myself with a couple of 770s in SLI in a few weeks. Got o power this setup somehow :)
