I can't believe some people here still think that cloud computing won't be the future of gaming or entertainment as a whole.
This is like doubting the internet will be mainstream in 1997. Cloud computing will be the future for every digital part of your life in 10 years.

 

There is a reason companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, HP, IBM invest billions of Dollars... The assumption Sony could be in the same league because of Gaikai is utterly ridiculous.
