The thing is Ellen didn't go out saying bad things about ND or that she hated being ripped off. Someone came up to her and asked her opinion and she simply said it wasn't appreciated. They asked, then paid Ellen for her likeness to be in Beyond two souls than some other company does the same thing without permission.

On Deviant art there are plenty of people who would have no problem letting someone use their pictures as references when asked. The thing they have a problem with is the no permission.

You have no problem lending someone a buck when they ask, But if someone goes into my wallet and takes it than it's a different story.
