I wonder how many Sony fans know the difference between gddr and ddr?

any tech person will know what in getting at. As for exclusives that's personal taste. I dontrateball of sonys exclusives as highly as some seem to

I am pretty sure you have never played them for real. I can talk because I HAVE Alan Wake (great), Gears of War 1 ans 2 (great) and Halo ODST (awfull). I have a 360, I have FINISHED THESE GAMES.

Play UNCHARTED, LITTLEBIGPLANET, Killzone 2 and Last of Us, from start to the end. Then we can talk like adults.

Your wrong pal. Ive owned every PS consoleever made ( not including handhel ).

I loved PS1, PS2 and still loved PS3.

I owned Xbox 1 and 360 also.

Also owned Nes, Snes, N64, Wii, Mega Drive, Ps2, Dreamcast.

My fave consols are Nes, Snes, N64, PS1, Dreamcast, PS2, XBox and 360.

SO Im pretty varied.

I have played Uncharted 1,2 and half of 3. Good series, not gret for me. GOW3 my fave PS3 game. LBP good game.  etc.

I know what I like.

But the GDDR vs DDR thing you should look up. GDDR ram is for GPU.DDR is for CPU. On the CPU sie Xbox ONne has the advantage. GDDR isnt good for CPU work.

But GDDR5 is good for APUs. Which the PS4 and XBO have.

@OP: It all comes down to the exclusives. Sony has Naughty Dog. And that dev is responsible for 2 of my all time favourite games ever (Uncharted 2 and The Last of Us). So for me, day one PS4. With Killzone and Knock, most likely. But inFamous Second Son comes out soon after launch, and that one looks really good. Plus, Delsin is voiced by Troy Baker. Who did a stellar job on The Last of Us and Bioshock Infinite. So I can't wait to see how he'll do on that game. Seems like they're taking the series' narrative to a new level.
