They never did that though. Every source about it mentioned various restrictions (only one person accessing a shared copy at once, only SP available if someone is accessing the shared and owned copy at the same time, etc etc). There was never any "play to your hearts content".
You can believe they lied or not believe it, doesn't make a difference to me. You implied I was accusing them of lying, I am just letting you know I don't think they have lied with the limited amount of information they had let out. If it turns out this was just a dumb ass demo plan, then they clearly were lying and misleading people. Thankfully, they have confirmed that was not the case.
But the plan is dead anyway so I'm done talking about it until/if it returns for digital content since the lack of online DRM pretty much rules it out for physical media.
