The PS3 version was reviewed when it was a full price title ;) Over here at least it was £29.99 for the PS3 version too. The PSN ver's are priced the same and cross buy in Europe.

Yes there are framerate problems, but that doesn't take 15% off the quality of a game (unless you're doing it mathematically by the frame :p) and again, it's portable. Before Vita, no handheld consoles have had games rated down because they're not identical to the frame/pixel with the home console version.

There just seems to be sooo much emphasis on Vita games purely from a technical aspect and they are very disproportionate to the actual quality of the game itself.

Burnout Legends on PSP vs Need for Speed Most Wanted on Vita is a perfect example of this. Burnout Legends had massive compromises and cut backs, but was highly acclaimed for being "so close" to the home console experience. Most Wanted delivers a near identical port and gets marked down because it's not identical.
