It wasn't that price when it launched which would be when all those sites were reviewing it :P
That said, I don't have any qualms with Jak's Metacritic. What sounds like a low-effort port gets average scores. Sounds about right. Especially if the home console version scores in the 80's which runs perfectly; it has to be lower for a handheld port that runs worse.
I'd rather Mass Media had done what Criterion did with NFS and lobbed as much off the graphics as they needed to but got it running smoothly.
