 Just get the PS3 version...

Ok, that does it, PS3 version is. I can't stand frame rate drops. Especially when we're talking about a port of a twelve year old game!

Plus, is seven dollars cheaper and I can download each game separately even if I buy the collection. I would have paid more to play a decent version on Vita, but Sony clearly doesn't care anymore, so I won't either.

Both PS3 and PSV versions are cross-buy (if you're getting the digital version).

No, they aren't. At least not in the American store.

Look at Vita version of the game. This is from Croatian store:

Cross-platform Features
• Cross-Buy – buy this product for PS3™ and get the PS Vita version at no additional cost. After purchasing, head to the PlayStation®Store “Download List” for your PS Vita and you’ll find this product ready to be downloaded.
• Alternatively, download this game to your PS Vita and you’ll be able to download The Jak and Daxter Trilogy for PS3™ at no additional cost.
