So there was an interview
I'll sum it up for you though.
- There is no concrete timeline for when Europe will get gakai, because it is fragmented(france, uk, etc)
- They will start with ps3/4 streaming then vita
- Ps4 games streaming will be down the line
- There will be more ps4 announcements at gamescon, they had to save some games for europe
- There strategy for e3 was pretty much giving people an update on the games they already showed
