Does a console game developer even exist anymore?

Sure. But just because games don't make it to the PC, doesn't mean they were made by a console game developer and console developing mindset.

But PS3 did have more games than Xbox that can be considered console games, no doubt about that.

Means they didn't have any intentions for PC therefore must be concentrated as a console experience.
