Honest Question: What's so good about the Last of Us?

I have not played it. My friends have played it.

I did play The Walking Dead though, which is why I'm so bored with another "MY FEELZ BRO" zombie game being unanimously declared game of the year.

TWD was pretty meh. Gameplay was outright bad. TLOU looks like it has better gameplay of course, but still seems way too easy.

I've hit a couple of hard spots on normal difficulty. If you think the game is too eays, then increase the difficulty. That's what it is there for.....

The game does remind of The Walking Dead. Not the episodic games but the TV Show. The Last of Us is the closest you'll get to a AAA Walking Dead game. If you love TWD TV show, you'll love The Last of Us. If you like Resident Evil, you'll play the Last of Us and wonder why Resident Evil doesn't have characters you care about.

Basically, if you want more than just a shoot-em-up dudebro shooter or zombie game, get this game.
