They've confirmed its coming to ps3 next year, before it even comes to Vita. I assume it will come to PS4 first though.
I don't think it will cannabalise its sales because I assuming ps3 streaming will be limited to ps3 games. They've gon into details but they specifically referenced ps3 games at the sony conference.
