Doubt it. They're still keeping "Install the bits from the disc at your friend house, then your friend can buy the digital unlock key to keep playing when you take the game home". So there will be a distinction between the digital and physical drm with the same install data.
Maybe they don't want anymore confusion atm and will phase game sharing in later. I doubt all the conditions and negotiations with publishers about game sharing were finalized already. Best bet atm is total clarity, it's just like the 360, simple.
They might also have come to the conclusion that undercutting second hand sales with digital discounts could work better. Steam like sales would be welcome too, and better for publishers than game sharing.
2014 should be an interesting year.
