Xbox One. It has more AAA games coming to the X1, more originality, and a lot of diversity. PS4's is mostly indie games that nobody really cares about all that much. Killzone looks nice and im sure it will do well. InFamous also will likely do pretty well but other than that it is really meh.
I also want to point out that you missed the Black Tusk Studio game for the X1. MSFT also said plenty more is coming at gamescon so I assume Sony will need to have something there as well instead of only focusing on the Vita. Then TGS X1 will be there and they possibly may have Lost Odyssey 2 or other japanese games and Im almost positive Sony will have a lot of japanese content at TGS.
