I would still get the PS4 for three reasons.
1. It's the PS4.
2. More powerful hardware.
3. The last one is actually the games. The only exclusive I'm really interested in on the Xbox One is Killer Instinct. Compare that to an exclusive I'm interested on the PS4, Infamous Second Son. I also have a feeling more Japanese games I'm interested in will be exclusive for the PS4 over Xbox One.
Now there is a slight fourth reason, I'm not going to specifically count it, but it's something that is still better on the PS4 over the Xbox One.
PS+ even if the PS4 is required to play online multiplayer with it, still is a great value for the PS3 and Vita where you will get free games per month while you're on it. That adds even more value. It's specifically not for the PS4 and we don't know how good it'll be on the PS4 when free games start coming to it, so that's why I'm not listing it additionally as a reason to get one over the other.
