Its not as easy as it sounds.
You can't imprint a disc with options like that, meaning that you have to either provide codes with the digital game or have DRM disks and non DRM disks at best buy. Imagine the confusion if there were 2 versions for each game except one needs 24 hour internet checkin and one doesn't but doesn't unitlize many cool next gen seamless features and needs to be manually swapped?
