Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought we were getting "Hardware News" not necessarily "New Hardware" ...
Personally, I'm anticipating DS and Wii connectivity news. In particular I anticipate there will will be Wii games which take advantage of the DS (Animal Crossing), DS games which take advantage of the Wii, and games specifically designed to work on the Wii and DS at the same time.
By the end of this year there will (probably) be more people who own a DS and a Wii than own a PS3; in 2008 the number of DS+Wii owners could be larger than the number of people who owned Gamecube or XBox systems. it would be a mistake not to take advantage of this large userbase.
