It's still vastly outmatched in the exclusives department compared to the Wii U, comparing what will be out for both consoles at X1 release, and in terms of 2014 releases.

It still will require a significant advertising effort to get it to the point of being neutral. People aren't great at forgiving and forgetting, MS will need to put in even more advertising than they originally planned/

It's still $100 more than the PS4, $150-$200 + paying to play online more than the Wii U.

It still has issues with requiring Kinect to be on at all times - I doubt this will be all that significant in terms of sales, but it's worth keeping in mind.

The X1 took a gigantic step today, but it is FAR from having caught up to the other consoles, much less overtaken.
